1. By signing the release from on departure, you are agreeing to the pink ladies and lads service full terms and conditions. You are entering a contract between you the customer and the pink-ladies and lads parking service allowing the pink ladies drivers to drive your vehicle for the purpose of valet parking only.
2. The pink ladies and lads parking service drivers are responsible drivers and the pink-ladies does not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to your vehicle whilst its parked with the pink-ladies. Your car is parked subject to the terms and conditions of your own Insurance.
3. The pink ladies do not take any responsibility for any broken or faulty bulbs windscreens, wing aerials, punctures. Chip marks, scratches or the interior of your vehicle if it has been marked on the inspection sheet. Please ensure your vehicle is road legal (taxed mot and insured) roadworthy and legal to drive.
4. You are responsible for the contents and possessions of your vehicle and the pink-ladies will not held liable for any loss or damages thereof.
5. Should vehicle keys for any reason be lost or misplaced the pink –ladies will replace the relevant keys. If the incident coincides with your return a taxi or Uber to get you home will be provide and paid for by the pink-ladies.
6. The pink-ladies will not be responsible for any keys other than keys relevant to the vehicle and all unnecessary keys should be removed and only relevant keys should be handed to our driver.
7. Late Returns due to the fact that we realize that not all holidays and business travels go as planned. So there might be late returns .late returns are charged at our discretion .if it’s due to act of god or illness there will be no charge .all other be will charged at normal daily rates payable upon collection of your vehicle.
8. You are responsible for the information entered into the invoice Please verify these details upon departure with specific consideration of your return time and flight number. Pink ladies does not accept any responsibility for any delays due to incorrect information on the form,
9. In the event of your vehicle being involved in an accident, Pink ladies will provide you means of travel to get you home in the quickest possible time. This may be Uber or taxi the pink ladies will not offer to keep you mobile until your car is returned.
10. These terms and conditions are between all parties involved as per the signatures of the relevant parties.
11. Please ensure you leave your vehicle with enough fuel to cover distance of roughly 20km, failure to do so may result in a fuel charge of R150 maximum if we need to put fuel into it
12. If an invoice was send from the office and invoice was not settle in a week from collecting your vehicle form the pink ladies R50 will added to the bill for late payment.
